  It's boxing day, I know, but treat your customers like adults and with some respect. I'm there to spend money and keep you employed. I'm thirty years old, there is absolutely no reason to raise your voice when there are only 25 people in the store; you aren't busy. You opened an hour late, posting a make shift sign on the door about the change of hours and have five employees, that were far more helpful than you. As the manager you should be happy to help a customer that doesn't want a sale item but wants a full price game. You're computer said you had 9 copies, you refused to look for the game and dismissed me. You looked at me and said sorry, I can't help you know, I don't have time. It's your job to find games and have an organized store... The 26th of December comes every year, be prepared. I have a gift card, that's the only reason I came to the store and now I don't want to go back. I'll drive to another store, where I hope they are more welcoming than you were.
