TL;DR: bad service; terrible repair skills; Apple ended up replacing my laptop after the repair. Took my laptop to them last year, and tried to give a detailed description of what the issue was. The guy wouldn't listen and just ran some tests, and replaced the battery (under Apple warranty so it was free). However, he managed to destroy my webcam connector in the process and when I took it to an actual Apple store, they had to replace my battery before realizing the webcam damage was motherboard related and so extensive that they wrote off the laptop and gave me a new one.
